Menopause Mastery Membership

Receive all-inclusive general healthcare and gynecologic services all under one roof. Experience physician-led hormone therapy designed to help you thrive—not just survive—during menopause. Our Menopause Mastery Membership provides comprehensive, concierge-level support for women ready to reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence. This membership supports general lifestyle and wellness, tackling issues like high blood pressure and cholesterol in addition to gynecologic care.

Annual Well-Woman Exam, an in-depth medical exam providing comprehensive preventive care
Physician-Led Hormone Therapy led, monitered, and adjusted by our practice’s board-certified OB/GYNs
GLP-1 Weight Optimization when appropriate to meet healthy weight goals
Nutrition Guidance & Health Coaching through a 12-week program to support lasting lifestyle changes
Comprehensive Lab Monitoring and regular testing to ensure your health and safety

This is a one-year membership designed to give you the resources you need to meet your health goals and feel like yourself again. After the year, we move to quarterly visits—no more membership needed.
You can use your insurance for medications (hormones, GLP-1s).
HRT Care Membership
Personalized and consistent HRT Care.
Annual Investment: $1,800
Annual well-woman exam, an in-depth medical exam providing comprehensive preventive care
3 quarterly follow-up visits, which can focus on HRT or any other gyncan be used for hormone discussion or something else like UTI/vaginitis, etc)
Direct Physician Messaging on our online portal for quick responses to questions, concerns, and follow-ups
Management of pharmacy coordination, shortage management & prior authorizations. Insurance denials for hormone medications are increasingly common. We handle the appeals process so your medications stay covered and your care isn't interrupted.
Board-certified OB/GYN care only. You’ll always receive care directly from our physicians, Dr. Cheruba Prabakar and Dr. Lee Christianson, not delegated to a mid-level provider.
You must have an HRT Care Membership to receive hormone therapy prescriptions from our office. You can use your insurance for medications (hormones, GLP-1s).
Concierge Circle
All-Inclusive Gynecologic Care for Midlife & Beyond
