Yes. We offer lifestyle medicine and sustainable weight loss guidance to help you meet your goals. Our weight optimization program has four components:
A baseline review. We go over your current medications and hormone levels, and order advanced labs testing for A1c, fasting insulin, lipids, thyroids, and vitamin D.
A personalized health plan. We work together to create guidelines for nutrition, sleep, exercise, minimizing stress, and minimizing contact with harmful materials like microplastics, pesticides, and PFAs.
Cutting-edge medications and pharmacotherapy. We evaluate your eligibility for FDA-approved GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide (Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Zepbound™). We evaluate your dose to minimize nausea and preserve lean mass.
Accountability and coaching. We offer monthly in-person or telehealth check-ins to continue optimizing your health plan. We’re available for you when you need us, with same-week appointments and no long wait times.
